Relation to work and social bond at work - research, surveys, publications and contributions to lifelong education

Youth, work and employment

Young workers encounter many difficuties in their entry path into the labour market, despite a higher education level than earlier generations. What is their work experience and their trajectory towards employment ? How do they perceive work, for themselves and for society ? How do they experience constraints and opportunities at work ? What are their social concerns and how do they preceive trade unions ? A survey carried out in cooperation with CSC Youth deals with these issues, as well as a European research project on generations at work. The report is published in French.
